Surveys Addressing Homelessness

Published: 17/04/2025

Are you a landlord in the West Midlands? We’d like to invite you to take part in online survey!

Social Finance are a non-profit organisation who have been commissioned by West Midlands Combined Authority to explore opportunities for the PRS to prevent homelessness. As part of this, we want to speak to a range of landlords from across the region. We want to hear from you, as vital stakeholders, and ensure your perspectives are understood and listened to.

The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

The objectives of the survey are to understand:

  • Motivations and behaviours of different types of landlords
  • Perceptions and experiences renting to people on Universal Credit
  • Views on Renters Rights Bill
  • Thoughts on Council support that might be useful to you

All responses are anonymous.

Are you a tenant in the West Midlands? We’d like to invite you to take part in a short survey!

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and all answers are anonymous. As a thank you, if you choose to leave your email address, you will be entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher.

This survey is for tenants renting privately in the West Midlands. It is being conducted by Social Finance on behalf of the West Midlands Combined Authority, which is looking to better understand the experiences of people living in privately rented homes across the region.

We want to hear from you about what works well in your rental experience and what challenges you may face. Your responses will help shape future policies and support services to improve the private rental sector for tenants.

Your input is invaluable in helping us create a fairer, more accessible, and higher-quality rental market. Thank you for taking the time to share your views.

All responses are anonymous.
